Service Overview


Activation of the ASPSMS account is free of charge. There is no monthly set-up fees to run the service and no time-limits on running the application. The price per SMS varies on the volume. SMS volumes are ordered in advance. Please have a close look at our pricing system for more information.


 

International Roaming

With ASPSMS you can send SMS to more than 200 countries. Our roaming systems in all the countries we offer are excellent. View the following page to get an updated list of the supported networks.
 


 

Simple Text SMS

ASPSMS supports simple text SMS with a maximum of 160 characters.


 

Bulk SMS

ASPSMS can send high volumes of SMS simultaneously. A unique transaction number can be linked to each message to track a delivery.


 

Flashing SMS

Flashing SMS feature displays a text-message directly on the recipient's display. No need to browse mobile phone menues.


 

Binary SMS

If ASPSMS does not offer a feature of your desire the binary feature gives you the power to implement any message format of your choice: personalized business cards, chat functions, calendar, ringtone specifications, etc. This function is the key to the next generation of mobile phones. Please take care, this is lowlevel stuff.


 

Delivery Notifications

Optionally, you may set a transaction number and transmit it with the SMS to our ASPSMS servers. This enables you to track the delivery of each SMS. Possible notifications are: buffered, delivered, not delivered.


 

Encrypted Transmission

Privacy is important to us! Every message is an encrypted transmission from your host or local computer to our ASPSMS servers.


 

Alphanumeric Originator

This neat feature lets you define your own alphanumeric originator of every SMS. This can be a mobile phone or a short text with a maximum of 11 characters. Example: ASPSMS

Redundant SMS Servers

For an improved security your SMS can be routed to several redundant ASPSMS servers. If a server is down, ASPSMS automatically routes the message to another server.


 

Multiple concurrent users

The ASPSMS component supports several concurrent users and connections. It is fully multi-threaded.


 

Multiple SMS Accounts

ASPSMS supports multiple client accounts on the same same server or within the same application. Simply set the personal userkey and personal password and messages will be charged to the corresponding account. This feature allows ISP's to set up one ASPSMS component on a server and hundreds of hosting clients are enabled to access the functionalities of ASPSMS.

Balance Check

The balance check feature displays the amount of remaining SMS you own. Simply connect to the ASPSMS server and you are given your current balance.
