• 2. warning level: If the balance reaches or goes below 2500 ASPSMS credits, the purchasing agent receives another short message reminder to purchase credits - additionally the project manager is informed.

If still no credits are added to the account, the balance will continue to decrease.

• 3. warning level: If the balance reaches or goes below 500 ASPSMS credits, together with the purchasing agent and the project manager, also the executive receives a short message so action can be taken immediately
